December 17, 2006: The Children's
Christmas Program was
presented as part of the Worship Service on December 17.
Robin Linkhart was the guest speaker. Around 70 were in

November 2006:
Several women of the congregation met to organize
a women's department. As a result of this meeting it was decided
to
have two groups - one will meet in the evening and one in the
daytime. The Evening Women's Group is studying "The Historical
Jesus" and helping plan the Children's annual Christmas Program.
The Daylight Women's Group are working on service projects with
Church Women United. Robin Linkhart helped facilitate the

November 17, 2006: Marvin Wood passed away about 1:00
Friday morning at the age
of 86. Services will be at 2 P.M. Wednesday at Bolingers. Marvin
will be missed by the
congregation as well as his family. We extend our sympathy to
Vergean during this time

November 1, 2006: Makenna Kay Jackson entered the world around 1:30 a.m.
She
weighed 7lb 2oz and was 20 1/4 inches. Big brother Ryder and parents,
Kelly &
Matt Jackson, as well as grandparents, Gary & Debbie Jones
were happy to
welcome Makenna to the family. If you click on the picture you

August 26, 2006: At 3:57pm on Saturday, August 26 at McKee Medical, Allister John Garner was born. He was 8# 2 OZ. and 21 1/2" long. Proud parents, John & Cinnamon, along with siblings, Emmaline and Juliette, are doing fine!
2007 Special Olympics: Our own Ken Jones was one of 7 special olympians chosen to represent Colorado at the 2007 Special Olympics in Shanghai, China. Ken recently won a Gold medal in the soft ball throw and a Bronze medal in the 50 meter dash when he competed in the State event in Greeley. Go Ken!
June 23, 2006 - The annual congregational picnic at Rolland Moore Park
was a
huge success. Good food, balloon animals, homemade ice cream and
fellowship
highlighted a perfect summer evening in Fort Collins. Pictures

14, 2006 - Cash Cayden
Robinson was born June 14 at 11:55 pm. Cash weighed
in at 6 pounds 4 ounces and was 19" long. Proud parents are
Bonnie and Tony
Robinson.

June 2006 - The 3rd Contemporary Service featuring Chuck Fussman
was held
in the Activity Center on Sunday, June 11th. The theme was "Zion,
Just Through
The Door". Breakfast was served and Andy & Courtney were
recognized for
their service to the congregation. They are moving to Oklahoma
next month.

2006 - Mary Croft died
April 7 at the age of 98. Memorial service
will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, at Allnutt Drake Chapel,
650 W. Drake Road. Mary will be missed by her family and her

April 2006: Vandalism has
struck the church once again! Following the Mission
Center Leadership Conference held in Fort Collins (March 31-April
2) someone
spray painted graffiti on the west wall of the church.
