Congregation Subsidy for Camps and Retreats

Greenwood Congregation via the operating budget subsidizes youth camps and retreats. Here are the guidelines for the subsidy:

Greenwood will pay 50% for Mission Center Youth Camps and Retreats.
Greenwood will pay 25% for CofChrist Youth Camps and Retreats in jurisdictions outside of Mission Center.
The subsidy will be for youth that are “connected” to the Greenwood community. Youth not “connected” to the GW community will not qualify for the subsidy.
The subsidy is for registration fees only. (not late fees, travel, etc.)
Activities other than camps and retreats are not included in this program. (such as bowling activities, ski weekends, movies, zoo trips, etc.)
Applications must be filled out in Advance.**
Subsidy is paid to the camp and not directly to parents.
The 75% subsidy for first time attendance at Spectacular remains and is subject to items 3,4,6 & 7.
