RMMC Conference @ YMCA Estes Park: October 17-19, 2055
It is that time of year once again and we are excited to gather for our annual Rocky Mountain Mission Center Conference this fall! We will meet the weekend of October 17-19 at the YMCA of the Rockies in beautiful Estes Park. We have arranged to stay in a new-to-us lodge at the YMCA which will offer elevators for those who need them, an insular meeting space located within the lodge itself, and more comfortable guest rooms. We are excited to offer these improved accommodations and feel they will help meet the evolving needs of our group.
We will be welcoming Apostle Kat Hnatyshyn and Field Support Minister Blake Smith as our Guest Ministry, with Graceland Graduate, Andrew Wolsey, leading our Jr. & Sr. High youth for the weekend.
We will kick-off the weekend from 5:00-6:00 PM with a special “Reflections” session with our guest ministers, giving folks the chance to get to know them both. Conference check-in will open after the session, with room keys available beginning at 6:00 PM up until 9:00 PM that night. Dinner will be on your own on Friday night – you may pack a sack dinner, run into the town of Estes and grab a bite to eat, or utilize dining options onsite at the YMCA. After dinner we will offer a fun “Fellowship Festival” for those not attending the Pastor & CFO Reception.
The annual RMMC Business Session will be held on Saturday, with the pre-legislative session in the morning and the business session following lunch. REGISTRATION, additional details as well as the weekend schedule can be viewed online at: www.cofchristrm.org/Events/.
