Children and Youth Information

Rocky Mountain Mission Center Conference 2017

Friday and Saturday Night Jr High and Sr High Activities:

On Friday night from 9:15-10:15 and Saturday night from 9:30-10:30, the Jr and Sr High will have activities.  Come hang out and play games together!  Youth and staff will meet at Willome at 9:10 Friday and 9:25 Saturday (after events) and walk over to the activity together.  Staff will walk teens back to their dorms after the activities.

Saturday Youth Program:

Saturday morning and afternoon there is a youth program available.  All youth, grades K-12 are invited to participate.  There is a possibility of swimming Saturday afternoon (of the pool is available).  Please have youth bring a bathing suit and towel just in case.  It is our intention that they will go swimming but sometimes the pool is unavailable.  We won’t know until that day.  Younger kiddos who can’t swim can join the nursery during that time.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off:

Please pick up and drop of nursery participants at time indicated on the schedule.  If a session is running late it is your responsibility to leave on time to pick up your child(ren) so that our child care workers can have a break.  We thank you for your help with this.

All other youth will meet leaders at the Willome foyer before activities and meet their parents / guardians back at the Willome foyer at the end of the scheduled time.  Please do not leave Willome after an activity without your child.  No child or youth may meet their parents / guardians at the dining hall.

Participation:

We expect all children and youth to participate in the activities.  If they choose not to participate with the youth, they may choose to sit with their parents.

What to Wear:

We are in the mountains of Colorado in the winter – please plan accordingly.  Please bring layers of clothing and good walking shoes.  We will be outside so bring a hat and gloves.  ALSO:  Bring your swimming suit and a towel with a bag to carry them in.
